Dukan Diet Basics: This is a diet based on high protein. In 1975 Pierre Dukan designed a new diet, The Dukan diet. This diet has 4 phases:  - the attack phase - the cruise phase - the consolidation phase - the stabilization phase In the attack phase you can easily lose 2 to 3 kilograms (4,4 to 6.6 lb) in just 3-7 days. You are allowed to eat as much as you want but just protein without feat, vegetables etc. In the cruise phase you can add 28 vegetables to your diet and eat also protein rich foods.
